You represent and warrant that you are over 19 years of age and that the story you are submitting is true to the best of your knowledge. You will own copyright to all the material you post but you hereby give us permission to reproduce it under the My Mother’s Story (“MMS”) banner in other publications and in all other forms of media.

We will do our best to inform you should this story be released, published or reproduced in any other media. You will always have a writer’s credit. All stories posted on the website of MMS at www.mymothersstory.org (the “MMS Website”) will be posted as they are sent to us by you. However MMS retains the right to edit any materials submitted for publication or reproduction on the MMS Website and/or in any other media in any way that does not (as determined by MMS) substantially alter the contents.

We do not guarantee that all stories submitted will be posted. You represent and warrant that you will not submit any story that infringes the copyrights of any person. If a dispute is commenced by any party over the content of your story, we will withdraw your story from the MMS Website.

You agree to hold Mothership Stories Society, My Mother’s Story, www.mymothersstory.org, and/or anyone associated with us blameless and indemnified from all claims asserted by you or third parties relating to the use of the MMS Website.
